Dr. Ana Slavec and Mateja Erce, InnoRenew CoE researchers, participated at the Slovene Sociological Meeting 2023, which was held 19- 21 October 2023, at the Faculty of Humanities in Koper. This year’s main theme was the Long-Lived Society: Consequences and Challenges.

Dr. Ana Slavec presented results of a study about preferences of Slovenian consumers in renovating and furnishing their homes, with a focus on the influence of psychological distance on the perception of climate risks.

Mateja Erce discussed the literature review about the psychometric properties of instruments for measuring well-being, needs, and perceptions of the built environment of older adults, as well as existing tools for objectively measuring the built environment.
