Dr. Jaka Pečnik, InnoRenew CoE researcher in the Renewable Materials Composites research group, successfully defended his PhD at the University of Primorska’s Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies.

His PhD focused on advanced adhesive applications for timber construction elements. He was developing this research topic under supervision of Dr. Matthew Schwarzkopf and Dr. Václav Sebera, at the Renewable Materials for Healthy Built Environments doctoral program.
