Lea Primožič is an Asistant with Doctorate at InnoRenew CoE.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Marketing Communication and PR at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. She then decided to continue her educational path at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana where she earned her Master’s degree in the field of Entrepreneurship. She concluded her doctoral studies in 2026 at the Renewable Materials for Healthy Built Environments programme, Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies, University of Primorska. In her dissertation she examined strategic ways of communicating new concepts of sustainable construction to targeted stakeholders in order to foster its wider use.
Her passion stayed in the marketing and communication field. In 2017 she and her co-author won a prize, MINI PRIZMA, at the Slovenian Public Relations Conference (SKOJ) for their outstanding communication plan. She also became a member of an international honour society, BGS (Beta Gamma Sigma), which is the highest recognition a business student can receive anywhere in the world.
At the InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM she is coordinating and collaborating in various international projects and actively participates in organizational and scientific committees of international conferences. In her research work she is dedicated to the topic of science communication and promotion of new concepts of sustainable construction with relevant stakeholders.
