Dr. Andreja Kutnar, InnoRenew CoE director, attended the Pioneering the Future of Furniture conference, held 19-20 October 2023 in Porto, Portugal.

She presented the topic of the future of furniture for people’s wellbeing in the conference session »Uncovering Future Living«. Research at InnoRenew CoE is dedicated also to exploring innovative furniture design that can contribute to people’s health and wellbeing.

Participants got an unique overview into the future of furniture design, technology and sustainability, and they got to know the innovation ecosystems shaping the future of smart homes. Additionally, global challenges for greener, smarter and circular products and processes were presented.
