Dr. Andreja Kutnar, InnoRenew CoE director, attended the online Focus Group workshop “Limits, barriers and solutions to boost the transition towards a circular bio-based economy”, organized in the frame of the EU Green Week, by SUSTRACK.

The main goal of the workshop is to validate, thanks to stakeholders’ expertise and experiences, a comprehensive literature research on the limits of the linear fossil-based economy, barriers and potential solutions towards a sustainable transition.

SUSTRACK is a three-year project aimed at supporting policymakers in their efforts to develop sustainable pathways to replace fossil and carbon-intensive systems with sustainable circular and biobased systems at the EU and regional scale, contributing to achieving the European Green Deal’s objectives.
