InnoRenew CoE hosted researchers form University of Banja Luka

This week, Dr. Anna Sandak and other members of the wood modification group at InnoRenew CoE, hosted colleagues from the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, University of Banja Luka, within the framework of the bilateral project “Strategies for improvement of energy efficiency of residential buildings through retrofitting”.

This was the final visit in the frame of the project, with the aim to discuss and reflect on the project activities and results.

Additionally, the visiting researchers from University of Banja Luka performed lectures for InnoRenew CoE researchers and master students from the study program Sustainable Built Environments, at the University of Primorska, Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies. Dr. Darija Gajić and Dr. Slobodan Peulić presented Sustainable renovation of buildings using Timber Energy System (Building Renovation Strategies and examples of building improvements), and Jelena Rašović spoke about building physics for energy efficiency.
