Dr. Daša Majcen, InnoRenew CoE researcher, recently attended a roundtable discussion organized by the Slovenian Forestry Institute as part of the Gozd in les scientific meeting. The discussion was about the importance of wood for the bioeconomy and Slovenia’s energy strategy.

The meeting was focused on creating an overview of the status and regeneration of forests, trends and threats to forests, and the properties of wood.
