Dr. Marrot and Dr. Mrissa attend French Presidency of the Council of the European Union event

As part of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the European Night of Ideas and Discover the EU series of events hosted a discussion and conference on renewable materials at the EU House in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Dr. Laetitia Marrot and Dr. Michael Mrissa, InnoRenew CoE researchers from France, attended and spoke about using renewable materials in everyday life. Dr. Marrot highlighted her research activities carried out within the “FAçade bio-CArbon-based anti UV coating to prevent DEterioration of wooden buildings” (FAÇADE) project.

While Dr Mrissa presented the Autonomic edge computing for air quality monitoring project, financed by the Slovenian Research Agency (ARRS). In the project InnoRenew CoE is collaborating with UP FAMNIT and the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of Slovenia.
