First meeting of COST Action SHINE

On 3 October 2019, Nežka Sajinčič, assistant researcher at the InnoRenew CoE, attended the first Management Committee meeting of COST Action CA18236 – Multi-disciplinary innovation for social change (SHINE) in Brussels.

As stated on the Action’s webpage, the main goal is “to demonstrate, through the adoption of Multi-Disciplinary Innovation (MDI) methods, how we can respond to social problems with a design-led approach which has a problem-oriented ethos, supporting positive social change and the development of international public policy discourse.”

At the meeting, SHINE members introduced themselves, discussed their roles in the Action, joined different working groups and planned the Action’s future work.
