Microplate reader
Endpoint and spectral measurements of absorbance and fluorescence in well plates (6 – 384 well). Temperature can be controlled in the range of ~ 25 – 70°C. Measurements can be conducted over time. The instrument is equipped with a Take3 plate that enables nucleic acid and protein quantification in small volumes.
