Lei Han

Assistant researcher

Lei Han is an assistant researcher at InnoRenew CoE.

He finished his bachelor’s studies in wood science and engineering at Nanjing Forestry University in China and his master’s studies at the Luleå University of Technology in Sweden. The main research topic of his pervious study was thermal-hydro-mechanical process, for example, wood densification and thermal modification.

He is currently a doctoral student at the Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies, University of Primorska, focusing on the viscoelastic properties of wood.

In his free time, Han enjoys outdoor activities like cycling.
