Bogdan Božac is an assistant director at InnoRenew CoE.

He is a businessman with more than 20 years of experience in the management of companies and other business entities and organisations.

He was the director of Marles hiše d.o.o., the largest and most important Slovenian manufacturer of wooden buildings, from 2006 to 2020, and from 2020 to March 2023, he held the position of a procurator.

In addition to his work at Marles, Bogdan has served as a member and chairman of several supervisory boards of companies and is active in employer and industry organisations, including being the chairman of the board of directors of the Association of Wood and Furniture Industry at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and as chairman of the Wood and Paper Section at the Association of Employers of Slovenia. He is also a member of the Boards of Directors of both employers’ organisations.

By profession, Bogdan is a university graduate in law, who has gained experience in the field of law through his work at the High Court in Maribor.
