Albert is an assistant researcher at InnoRenew CoE and a PhD student at the Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies, University of Primorska.

With a bachelor’s degree in chemistry (Università degli studi di Trieste) and a master’s degree in sustainable energies and biofuels (Danish Technical University), Albert is a passionate sustainability researcher, experienced in the chemical processes underlying circular economy principles. He is always up to date with the state of the art in sustainable development and the macroeconomic drivers hampering its applications. With a craving for solving riddles and scientific breakthrough discoveries, he developed a broad overview of diverse topics.

He spends his spare time doing sports, enjoying nature and lending a helping hand to friends.
