Lea is the professional associate for public relations and an assistant researcher at InnoRenew CoE.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Marketing Communication and PR at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. She then decided to continue her educational path at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana where she earned her Master’s degree in the field of Entrepreneurship. Currently she is a PhD student at the Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies, University of Primorska.
Her passion stayed in the marketing and communication field. In 2017 she and her co-author won a prize, MINI PRIZMA, at the Slovenian Public Relations Conference (SKOJ) for their outstanding communication plan. She also became a member of an international honour society, BGS (Beta Gamma Sigma), which is the highest recognition a business student can receive anywhere in the world.
At the InnoRenew CoE she is coordinating communication efforts in English and in Slovene. In her research work she is dedicated to the topic of science communication and promotion of new concepts of sustainable construction with relevant stakeholders.
