InnoRenew CoE researchers at SZTAKI

At the end of November 2019, Dr Miklós Krész, InnoRenew CoE ICT research group leader, and Dr Balázs Dávid, researcher, visited the Institute for Computer Science and Control (SZTAKI) in Budapest, Hungary.

Dr Krész and Dr Dávid met with SZTAKI researchers to discuss Optimisation for sustainable supply chains, a joint research project seeking optimisation of supply chains considering environmental impact and energy costs.

Moreover, colleagues from Hungary presented the SmartFactory, a complex manufacturing and logistics system developed by SZTAKI’s Research Laboratory on Engineering & Management Intelligence.
