Robot IRB 6620 (six axis robot arm with load of 150kg) installed on the 4m long track ABB IRBT 6004 and rotary table ABB MTD 500. The robot is equipped with the 7,5kW electro spindle and tool changer. The main use of this configuration is to allow manufacturing of components and 3D prototyping (extractive manufacturing) including adaptive process control with integrated load cells.
The associate software allows preparation of the digital twin functionalities, of-line programming of robots as well as simulation of programs in virtual world.
