The AD226 is a standalone diagnostic audiometer that can be used to determine human hearing threshold measurements in the frequency range 250-8000 Hz. Various tests can be performed, with the possibility of including masking sounds. Air and bone conduction tests can be performed for each ear and the corresponding audiogram can be obtained. The measurement of the hearing threshold can be performed directly on the device or controlled by a personal computer.
