Dr Balázs Dávid is a researcher at InnoRenew CoE.
He graduated as a program designer mathematician at the University of Szeged, Hungary. He continued at the same university to pursue his PhD studies in computer science, focusing on research about optimization problems in public transportation. Meanwhile, he was also working as an assistant lecturer at the Department of Applied Informatics and participated in several industrial projects. His main research field is the modelling and optimization of problems that are motivated by real-life industrial application.
His favourite pastime is playing board games with friends and taking care of his cat overlords.
