Anja Černoša is a researcher at InnoRenew CoE and works in the Materials Research Department.
She holds a master’s degree and a doctorate in microbiology from the Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana. During her PhD, she investigated the biotechnological potential of extremotolerant fungi.
At InnoRenew CoE, she works as a postdoctoral researcher on the ARCHI-SKIN project, which explores the use of fungal biofilms as protective coatings.
In her free time, she enjoys playing board games and going to concerts.
