New scientific article about glucosinolates and isothiocyantes in processed rapeseed

Dr. Kelly Peeters and Dr. Matthew Schwarzkopf, InnoRenew CoE researchers, together with Dr. Ana Miklavčič Višnjevec from the University of Primorska’s Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies and Angelica Tamayo Tenorio, Anne Christine Steenkjær Hastrup and Natanya Majbritt Louie Hansen from the Danish Technological Institute Gregersensvej, recently published “Glucosinolates and Isothiocyantes in Processed Rapeseed Determined by HPLC-DAD-qTOF” in Plants.

“This study provides a comprehensive report of the types and quantities of glucosinolates and their derived forms associated with different rapeseed processing conditions,” the authors state in the article’s abstract.
