Dr. Ana Slavec, researcher at InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM, recently completed a three-month research visit at the University of Graz in Austria. During her stay, she worked on preparing a European Research Council (ERC) proposal and expanded her international research network. The visit was funded by the Slovenian Research and Innovation Agency through the ERC Focus programme, as part of the project Citizen Science as a Driver for Advancing Statistical Literacy.
During her visit, Dr. Slavec was co-hosted by Prof. Jana Lasser, principal investigator of the ERC-funded DeSiRe project and Assoc. Prof. Thomas Brudermann, leader of the SLOTH project. She attended meetings at both host units, IDEa_Lab and the Department of Environmental Systems Sciences, where she exchanged ideas with researchers from various disciplines.
As part of the visit, Dr. Slavec also delivered a guest lecture entitled Citizen-Generated Measurement of Household Sustainability Behaviour.
The research visit provided opportunities for knowledge exchange, the development of future collaborations, and new perspectives that will support ongoing and future research activities at InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM.
