The FULAR International Awards: Green Challenge for Designers invites emerging designers, students, professionals and innovators to explore new approaches to sustainable furniture design and material reuse.

The competition focuses on new approaches to the use of wood-based materials, post-industrial waste and end-of-life furniture, transforming them into new, functional and circular solutions.

Students, designers, architects, engineers, companies, entrepreneurs and innovators are invited to participate. Participation is free of charge and offers an opportunity to present ideas on an international stage, collaborate with leading experts and help shape the future of sustainable design.

Selected projects will have the opportunity to participate in international workshops in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy and Greece. Following the workshops, three final winning projects will be selected for prototyping, testing and presentation at an international event dedicated to the FULAR project.

The application deadline is 31 October 2026.
