Dr. Ana Slavec, researcher at InnoRenew CoE and the University of Primorska, attended the 13th Conference on Scholarly Communication in the Context of Open Science (PUBMET 2026) at the University of Zadar.

Dr. Slavec presented a poster entitled Sense of Community, Power, and Scholarly Outputs: Insights from the Researcher Mental Health Observatory STAIRCASE Survey in a session on supporting integrity in scholarly publishing.

The analysis presented in the poster is based on data collected by a group of members of the COST Action Researcher Mental Health Observatory (CA19117), in which Dr. Slavec participated. The data collection was co-led by Prof. Jana Lasser, who is currently hosting Dr. Slavec at the University of Graz.

The PUBMET2026 conference brought together researchers, publishers, librarians and policymakers to explore the evolving landscape of scholarly communication and the role of communities in Open Science.
