InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM hosted the Circular Change team on 11 September 2026.

Circular Change is a globally recognised think-do-tank working to accelerate the transition towards a circular economy through systemic thinking, partnerships and practical solutions. Since 2016, it has connected stakeholders from policy, business and creative industries and supported circular economy initiatives in more than 30 countries.

They were welcomed by Dr. Mike Burnard, Deputy Department Chair at InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM, who guided them through the building and laboratories, providing an overview of the research environment and ongoing activities.

The visiting team included Ladeja Godina Košir, Founder and Executive Director of Circular Change; Mina Mansoor Rankel, Independent Advisor at Circular Change and Lucija Marovt, Independent Expert at Circular Change.

The visit provided the Circular Change team with an insight into the work of InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM, its research facilities and ongoing activities, while also offering an opportunity to exchange knowledge and perspectives on sustainability and the circular economy.
