Dr. Ana Slavec and Una Vuletić, InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM researchers, attended the 24th Annual STS Conference Graz 2026, held 4-6 May 2026, in Graz, Austria.

Una Vuletić participated in the session titled “Science as a Compass and a Catalyst: Guiding Behavior Change in an Age of Transformation”, where she presented research on how psychological distance shapes climate-risk perception among Slovenian households and how this influences responses to climate-related risks.

Dr. Ana Slavec  contributed to the session titled “Data multiple: An inquiry into methodologies and ontologies of data”, where she presented work on how data availability statements can still obscure important methodological and contextual information, raising questions about transparency and openness in research data practices.

The conference featured international discussions on AI, data governance, energy transitions, and societal change and was organized by STS Unit at TU Graz (Graz University of Technology).
