Aarne Niemelä, architect at InnoRenew CoE, welcomed a delegation of Turkish architects at the institute.

He presented the planning and construction process of the InnoRenew CoE building and guided the visitors through the building, highlighting its architectural features. Additionally he emphasized the state-of-the-art research equipment in the laboratories, and the guests had the opportunity to learn about some of the ongoing experiments.

The visit took place as part of a professional tour in Slovenia organized by the company Intra. Several also participated in the BIG Architecture 2025 – BIG SEE conference, held in Portorož.

The event provided an excellent opportunity to establish new connections and foster collaboration between architects and researchers in the field of sustainable architecture.
