Dr. Andreja Kutnar, InnoRenew CoE director, together with Dr. Anna Sandak and Dr. Jakub Sandak, InnoRenew CoE Deputy directors, welcomed at the institute Hannes Plackner and Richard Fitzthum from HS Timber and Robert Eller from Pfeifer Holding GmbH.

They meet to discuss about potential collaboration opportunities. The meeting focused on research collaboration and addressing key challenges in the sawmill industry. Both companies, located in Austria, are operating within the wood processing industry. The InnoRenew CoE representatives shared ideas on optimizing sawmill operations by integrating digital solutions.
