InnoRenew CoE part of the Swarmchestrate project

InnoRenew CoE is one of four demonstrator partners of the Swarmchestrate (Application-level Swarm-based Orchestration Across the Cloud-to-Edge Continuum) project.

Dr. Aleksandar Tošić and Dr. Niki Hrovatin, InnoRenew CoE researchers, involved in the project, bring the cutting-edge knowledge of sensor networks and IoT. Their role involves extending the capabilities of an existing noise monitoring system by incorporating distributed edge computing techniques for noise source classification. Edge devices are utilized for real-time signal processing tasks.

The Swarmchestrate project fully aligns with InnoRenew’s commitment to sustainable and innovative technological solutions, allowing to showcase advanced edge computing capabilities, while contributing to improved urban environmental management.
