Dr. Ana Slavec and Dr. Michael Burnard, participated at the Eurodoc Annual Conference 2024 “Towards a United European Research Area: The Ljubljana process and beyond”.

Dr. Michael Burnard was among speakers in a panel discussion about the widening programme where he presented InnoRenew CoE as an example of success story. Dr. Ana Slavec participated in the panel discussion about Sustainable Research Careers where she spoke about the importance of doctoral supervision for the career development of early career researchers and pointed out the need of changes in research assessment and raising awareness of researcher mental health.

The conference was organised by Eurodoc and the Young Academy of Slovenia with support of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Slovenia, the University of Ljubljana, and the Central Technical Library.
