InnoRenew CoE hosted a charity event to raise awareness about blindness and visual impairment, organised by the UP FAMNIT Student Council.

The event raised funds for the production of books for blind and partially sighted children. The writers Jernej Kuntner and Tina Saražin presented their new tactile books “Berta” and “Marleo”, which are specially designed for blind and visually impaired children.

During the event, various products and artwork were sold, from which all profits will be donated to the production of the tactile picture books, which will be donated to various institutions across Slovenia working with blind, visually impaired and developmentally delayed children.

The programme was enriched by an acoustic programme and a banquet.
