Dr. Andreja Kutnar, InnoRenew CoE director, welcomed at the institute representatives of the Area Science Park from Trieste. They visited the institute in the framework of the Enterprise Europe Network and by the invitation of the Centre for Development and Knowledge Transfer of the University of Primorska.

The meeting was attended by the EEN Project Manager Francesca Marchi and colleagues Lara Dipace and Alberto Soraci, from the Area Science Park, Trieste. Dr. Andreja Kutnar and dr. Anna Sandak presented the activities of InnoRenew CoE and a wide range of topics, projects, and research work currently ongoing. This was further illustrated by dr. Anna Sandak through a guided tour of the laboratories.

The purpose of the meeting, which was facilitated by the UP CRPZ through the EEN (Enterprise Europe Network), was a first exchange of information on the possibility of organizing future business and research meetings and on possible business opportunities.

After the meeting, the colleagues from Area Science Park, Trieste, proposed a special guided visit of InnoRenew CoE to be organized for companies from Trieste. The aim of this is to help transfer the research and knowledge of InnoRenew CoE to the cross-border economy and their creative-innovative entrepreneurial initiatives.
