InnoRenew CoE hosted researchers Ritva Toivonen, Dean, Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, Jaakko Jussila, professor, and Tuula Jyske, Associate professor of Wood and Material Science at the University of Helsinki and Gregory Nolan, Director of Centre for Sustainable Architecture with Wood, School of Architecture and Design, College of Sciences and Engineering, University of Tasmania.

During their visit, they met with Dr Andreja Kutnar to strengthen collaboration, discuss the monitoring of timber buildings and develop new project ideas.
