InnoRenew CoE hosted the first of two webinars from Gdańsk University of Technology researchers

Yesterday, 18 November 2021, InnoRenew CoE hosted its first webinar from Gdańsk University of Technology’s (GUT) expert researchers. GUT is a leading university and research center in Poland, and it is also a gold member of Living Lab InnoRenew.

Dr. Agata Sommer, from GUT’s Department of Food Chemistry, Technology and Biotechnology, presented the structure of bacterial cellulose-based nanomaterials, and Dr. Szymon Mania, an assistant professor at GUT’s Faculty of Chemistry, spoke about how to obtain the machining bio-fluids for glued wood treatment.

Another webinar from GUT will be held on 9 December 2021 at 13:00 when Dr. Roksana Licow, from GUT’s Department of Rail Transport and Bridges, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, will present vibroacoustic signals for diagnostics of railway infrastructure elements.
