Dr. Anna Sandak, InnoRenew CoE Wood Modification research group leader, attended the COST Action CA19145 – European Network for assuring food integrity using non-destructive spectral sensors management committee meeting in Porto, Portugal.

She also attended the 1st sensorFINT International Workshop, which was dedicated to Smart Spectral Sensors for Agri-Food Quality and Process Control, and she chaired one session.

“The event was a great opportunity to meet other researchers and together think about how to satisfy the need of the food industry to provide needed information about products in order to protect them from fraud,” Dr. Sandak said.
