InnoRenew CoE’s Dr Črtomir Tavzes, Jaka Pečnik and Vesna Starman held a workshop at the elementary school in Miren, in Slovenia’s Goriška region, where the researchers taught eighth-grade students about the versatility and beauty of wood as well as the variety of professions associated with it.

With these workshops, InnoRenew CoE helps to raise young people’s awareness about the importance of using natural, renewable resources and know the proper use for these materials.

The workshops are co-financed by the Public Agency SPIRIT Slovenia.
