InnoRenew CoE is happy to introduce a four-part webinar series covering various aspects of the Pro-Enrich project. These webinars will explore extraction/processing innovations and high-value applications of biomass side streams from food production that have been developed during the project.

The first webinar, Upcycling citrus and tomato biomass for high value applications, will take place on 30 June 2021.

The remaining events are scheduled as follows:

• 1 July: Processing of rapeseed meal and other raw materials for protein extraction
• 6 July: Replacing petrochemicals in adhesives – Our experience with rapeseed protein
• 12 July: Upcycling food waste into new proteins and functional ingredients
