Dr Marrot at Czech Technical University in Prague

Dr Laetitia Marrot, InnoRenew CoE researcher, concluded a short-term scientific mission at the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU) within the framework of COST Action CA16226 Indoor living space improvement: Smart Habitat for the Elderly (Sheld-on).

Dr Marrot’s goal for the visit was to develop interactive pressure-sensitive textile flooring for active ageing and elder safety. Her research at CTU included measuring resistance and capacitance of smart textile under direct and alternating current with frequency variation, monitoring changes and preparing experimental results.
