In November 2019, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) issued two certificates for registration of two European Union trade marks (EUTM) for InnoRenew CoE’s name, “InnoRenew CoE”, and logo that are applicable throughout the European Union. EUIPO is responsible for managing EUTMs and design rights as well as taking care of potential violations.

InnoRenew CoE’s EUTMs cover three ranges of goods and services: scientific and technological services, education and business activities.

By securing EUTMs for its name and logo, InnoRenew CoE has protected its intellectual property and acquired exclusive right of its use for indication of the institute’s activities and services.
