On 30 September 2019, the Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana, in collaboration with the InnoRenew CoE, Institut “Jožef Stefan” and HAWK University of Applied Science and Arts (Göttingen, Germany) organized the First Slovene Plasma Day in Ljubljana.

At the one-day workshop, participants discovered what plasmas are and how to use them in different industries.

Several InnoRenew CoE researchers joined the event and heard from speakers who shared knowledge, experience and the latest industrial applications, including materials engineering and surface processing. In addition, there was the possibility to test and treat some materials, which made the workshop even more interesting.
