In order to rectify the damage being caused to the InnoRenew CoE by false statements from Chamber of Architecture and Spatial Planning of Slovenia (ZAPS) and by the architects Tina Gregorič Dekleva and Aljoša Dekleva, the InnoRenew CoE has requested the false, misleading, and harmful statements they have made be revoked and public apologies made. In addition, a lawsuit has been filed against Tina Gregorič Dekleva and Aljoša Dekleva to seek a remedy for the harm done and recover damages since they refused to revoke their statements and apologise. While the lawsuit is pending, the InnoRenew CoE will not be making statements regarding the investment in Livade, Izola.
