Sonja Jantar is a professional associate for administrative project management at the InnoRenew CoE.

She began her carrier as a scientist in the field of molecular biology and biochemistry, and obtained her PhD at the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb. She worked on EU projects as a scientist, and ultimately as a project manager. She perfected her knowledge of Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programmes working as the National Contact Point for Horizon Europe cluster 1 Health and the National Contact Point for Horizon Europe legal and financial aspects.

She loves nature, and likes spending her spare time outdoors, whether hiking, participating in orienteering competitions or trail running.
