InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM, hosted the strategic meeting of the Department for Research of Fire-Safe Sustainable Environment (FRISSBE) at the Slovenian National Building and Civil Engineering Institute (ZAG), held on 9 October 2026.

Dr. Michael Burnard, Deputy Department Chair at InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM guided participants on a tour of the laboratories, introducing them to the research carried out there.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss research collaboration between ZAG and InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM. The ZAG Fire Research and Innovation Unit held a brainstorming session focused on its research strategy and future research priorities.
