The International Conference InnoRenew CoE 2026 (IRIC2026), invites submissions of abstracts and active participation at the conference until 15 August 2026.
The conference will be held 5-6 November 2026, at the InnoRenew CoE building in Izola.
The conference provides a forum for exploring renewable materials and their use in creating healthy and sustainable buildings, while also placing special emphasis on supporting the career development of PhD students and early career researchers.
This year’s thematic sessions include advanced manufacturing, information processing, creativity and society, buildings, health, and materials. Other related topics are also welcome.
The keynote lecture will be delivered by Drs. Gijs Bruggink, general manager and regeneration expert at Dutch eco-architecture firm ORGA, who will present approaches to timber construction, biophilic design, and the creation of healthy living and working environments.
We invite submissions of doctoral research, ongoing research, methodological discussions, or preliminary results. Contributions from PhD students and early career researchers are especially encouraged and warmly welcomed.
The conference enables the exchange and discussion of the latest scientific findings and innovations in renewable materials that contribute to improving the quality of life in the built environment.
In addition, IRIC2026 will host workshops on the responsible use of artificial intelligence, citizen science, and networking activities, as well as scientific presentation sessions. More information will be provided soon.
You are kindly invited to submit your abstract until 15 August 2026 and join IRIC2026!
