InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM hosted Vojka Šmuc Primary School students

InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM welcomed 16 pupils from Vojka Šmuc Primary School in Izola as part of the T4EU Junior Labs initiative, which aims to bring research, science, and the concept of knowledge-based entrepreneurship closer to young people.

Dr. Črtomir Tavzes, InnoRenew CoE researcher, guided them through InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM facilities and laboratories, presenting the research environment and ongoing activities. During the visit, pupils learned about ongoing research activities and explored the sustainable features of Slovenia’s largest wooden building, including its use of locally sourced materials and energy-efficient solutions.
