Dr. Andreja Kutnar, InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM department chair, attended the Launch and Dialogue Event: New European Bauhaus Academy Hub (NEBA Hub) Ukraine, held online on 12 May 2026.

She participated in the session titled “Visions for the NEB Academy” as coordinator of the NEBA Alliance. Together with representatives of the European Commission and EIT Culture & Creativity she contributed to discussions on the future development of the New European Bauhaus Academy and its role in supporting Ukraine’s reconstruction and modernization.

Additionally she discussed about the NEB Academy role in developing knowledge, skills and innovation to support Ukraine’s reconstruction. The session focused on the expanding role of the NEB Academy as part of the European Commission’s broader New European Bauhaus initiative.

The event brought together representatives of Ukrainian governmental institutions, European Commission, municipalities, universities, civil society organisations, architects, planners, engineers and other professionals engaged in Ukraine’s reconstruction. The event was jointly hosted by U-LEAD with Europe, JGURA, EU4Reconstruction (Stream 1), Metalab and the Promprylad Foundation.
