Dr. Andreja Kutnar, acting department chair of InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM, will participate in the human resources and entrepreneurship training course “Uspeh se začne pri ljudeh: Kadrovski in marketinški izzivi za podjetnike in obrtnike”, which will take place from February to September 2026, as part of the European project Interreg SI–AT LifeLongWood.

The program is intended for companies in the wood industry, as well as all craftsmen and entrepreneurs who want to improve their HR, leadership and marketing skills. It includes four online workshops and a final professional excursion to Austria, where participants will have the opportunity to explore good practices and visit the International Wood Fair in Klagenfurt.

Dr. Andreja Kutnar will be among various experts from the fields of HR, internal communication, marketing, branding and digital tools that will participate in the training as expert collaborators and lecturers.

Participation is free with mandatory attendance at the sessions. The training will be held in Slovenian via Zoom. Places are limited.
