The InnoRenew CoE building in Izola, Slovenia, has been featured in the Woodrise 2025 Compendium, an international publication showcasing outstanding examples of innovation and sustainability in timber construction.
Compendium presents InnoRenew CoE as a research centre dedicated to advancing renewable materials, healthy built environments and biobased construction methods. The building reflects these principles through its hybrid structure of timber, concrete and steel, extensive use of natural materials and integrated monitoring technologies that support research and sustainability.
