On 17 September 2025, at the InnoRenew CoE International Conference 2025 (IRIC2025) in Izola, Slovenia, the WoodStock Living Lab InnoRenew workshop was held.

The workshop introduced the European Wood Construction Observatory (EWCO), an AI-powered, collaborative platform designed to share best practices, circular design guidelines, and zero-waste solutions for the construction sector.

Participants from across Europe were invited to contribute ideas, needs, and feedback to help shape the EWCO into a practical tool for advancing climate-smart construction.

The IRIC2025 conference brought together more than 40 participants from 13 countries, fostering international collaboration and knowledge exchange.

WoodStock project develops climate-smart solutions to increase the use of underutilised wood (hardwood, low-quality wood, post-consumer wood, and damaged wood) in the European construction sector.
