InnoRenew CoE and the University of Primorska hosted a delegation from the Jožef Stefan Institute

Today, InnoRenew CoE and the University of Primorska, hosted a delegation from the Jožef Stefan Institute (IJS) with the aim of strengthening collaboration between the institutions and exchanging scientific insights.

The visit began with welcoming words of Prof. Dr. Klavdija Kutnar, Rector of the University of Primorska, Prof. Dr. Andreja Kutnar, Director of InnoRenew CoE, and Prof. Dr. Boštjan Zalar, Director of the Jožef Stefan Institute.

This was followed by a guided tour of the institute’s building and research laboratories. Researchers and professors from the University of Primorska and InnoRenew CoE presented key scientific fields they are working on, including research in human-computer interaction, cryptography, health, advanced manufacturing, engineered living materials, acoustics, and the laboratory for molecular and computational ecology.

The goal of the visit was to explore scientific fields and fostering discussions for further mutual collaboration. The meeting was a continuation of a successful visit by InnoRenew CoE and the University of Primorska to IJS last September.
