InnoRenew CoE researchers, Ana Gubenšek, Dr. Anja Černoša, and Dr. Wojciech Pajerski, attended the prestigious 12th International Mycological Congress (IMC12) in MECC Maastricht, Netherlands. Organized by the International Mycological Association (IMA) and hosted by the Dutch Mycological Society (NMV) and the Westerdijk Fungal Biodiversity Institute. IMC12 is one of the largest gatherings of mycologists globally.

At the congress, InnoRenew CoE researchers presented research results from the ARCHI-SKIN project, exploring the intersection of mycology and sustainable architecture.

The next congress IMC13 will take place in South Korea!
